Dr. Hannah Reidy
Dr. Reidy gained a degree in Experimental Psychology at Oxford University and her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at University College London. She is registered with the UK Health Care Professions Council.
Dr. Reidy has over eleven years of experience within the field of mental health, helping clients across the lifespan to manage troubles including anxiety, low mood, school or workplace stress, relationship difficulties, trauma, and addictions. She has expertise working with adolescents and young adults and the problems arising due to the often challenging transitions at this life-stage, as well as within the field of early psychosis.
Before moving to Hong Kong, Hannah worked at a psychiatric hospital in London with clients experiencing a wide range of mental health difficulties, and was a Trustee at the mental health charity, Wandsworth and Westminster Mind. She will be continuing her involvement with the organisation by helping to set up Mind in Hong Kong.
Dr. Reidy offers therapy using evidence based practices including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and psychodynamic principles as well as employing third wave techniques such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and mindfulness.
She moved to Hong Kong recently with her husband, who is a House Master at Harrow International School.
