2.1 If you are a registered patients with one of our clinic, you may login your and access the relevant web pages on this website with the designated login name and password provided to you by us. 2.2 As your login name and password are the means by which we identify you and by which you may access relevant web pages, you should keep them secure. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your login name and password, whether by you or by anyone else using your identity. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect that your login name and password have been used by a third party.
